Websites for Okanagan wineries

Sell the vineyard as well as the bottle

Winery websites that sell wine, club memberships, and tastings direct. Three fixed prices, published in full, with everything each one includes.

The real problem

The wine is not the problem.

Demand is soft and prices are under pressure. It is easy to blame health trends and younger drinkers. But people still buy wine. They buy it from wineries they know, follow, and trust.

Most winery websites read like a brochure from 1996. A vintage chart, a tasting note, and a phone number. Nobody who found you on their phone last night will join your club from that page.

Your social media makes people curious. Your website is where they buy, book, and join. If that last step fails, the rest of your marketing is wasted.

What the site has to do

Six jobs, every day of the year

A winery website earns its keep in the off season as much as at harvest. Every package below does all six.

  • Sell bottles direct

Every wine gets its own page with notes, pairings, and a buy button. The sale lands with you, at full price.

  • Grow the club

Club sign up sits on the homepage, every wine page, and the visit page. Members are your steadiest revenue.

  • Fill the tasting room

Guests book a tasting, a tour, or a private event in under a minute, with a deposit if you want one.

  • Make the vineyard a name

Blocks, sites, and the people who farm them get pages of their own. That is how a vineyard name ends up on a label.

  • Serve trade and press

Buyers, sommeliers, and writers find tech sheets, bottle shots, and your story without sending an email.

  • Own the list

Social reach rents attention. Email and text belong to you. Every page asks for an address and sends it to your list.

Three packages

Priced as products, not proposals

Each package is built from products on the pricing page, so you can check the math. The price is the same for a family winery as for an ownership group.

For growers

Sell grapes? Build the name first.

Some vineyards sell for more because winemakers want the name on the label. That reputation is built on purpose. We wrote out the eight steps a family vineyard can take to get there, starting this season.

Read the eight steps

Before you ask

Questions wineries ask first

We already use Commerce7 or WineDirect. Do we have to switch?

No. We connect the platform you already pay for and style it to match the site. Your club members, orders, and history stay where they are.

Can you work around harvest?

Yes. We plan the schedule around your season. Photography lands at harvest or bud break, and launch avoids your busiest weeks unless you want the traffic.

We own more than one estate. Does each one need its own site?

Each estate gets its own site, domain, and voice. The Portfolio package builds one design system that carries all of them, so every added estate costs a fixed price, not a new build.

Do you make our social media videos?

No. We build the place your social media sends people, and we make sure it turns a viewer into a club member or a booked tasting. Your team or your content partner makes the videos.

Do you only work with Okanagan wineries?

We are based in the Okanagan, and wineries here get in person sessions at no charge. We take wineries anywhere in British Columbia over video.

Twenty minutes, then a fixed price in writing.

Tell us about the estate, the wines, and the club. The call ends with a written scope and a number. There is no charge for it.
