Short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form, and it goes straight to one inbox.

Lark Websites is run by 1337376 B.C. Ltd., a British Columbia company. 1337376 B.C. Ltd. is responsible for the personal information this site collects.

What is collected
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and message you entered. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
If you send us an email, the contents of your email and your address are held in the same inbox.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages you request. These keep the site running and help stop abuse.
Analytics and cookies
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits for us. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Neither tool records your name. Neither is used to build a profile of you or to sell anything about you to anyone. This site sets no cookies of its own.
The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google.
How it is used
Inquiry details are used to reply to you and to quote the work. Visit counts show us what is useful and what to fix. Your details are not added to a mailing list and not sold. We do not use them for targeted advertising.
Who else handles it
A few companies handle information on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers form messages by email. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Ahrefs provides visit counts. Google provides the fonts. These companies are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and be subject to United States law.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you. Records for clients are kept for seven years, which is what Canadian tax rules require. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
How it is protected
We limit who can see your information. We use accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step sign-in. The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS).
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you. You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@larkwebsites.com and we will answer within 30 days.
If you live in the United States
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. We run no ad trackers, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, we will add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to every page.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To use these rights, email hello@larkwebsites.com. We answer within 45 days. We will not treat you any other way for asking.
How to make a complaint
If you have a concern, please tell our privacy officer first. We will look into it and reply in writing.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Last updated October 13, 2026.
