Every page is built ahead of time as plain HTML with Astro. Nothing waits on a database when a visitor arrives. Online stores run on Shopify.

Pages go out from servers close to each visitor, not from one box in one city. This site runs on Cloudflare.

Because the other way wastes your time. Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call before they name a number, and the number depends on what they think you can pay. Every price here is fixed and the same for everyone. You can decide whether to call us before you call us.
Do you ever charge by the hour?
No. Everything is a product with a fixed price and a written list of what it includes. If the work grows, we name the new number in writing before anything moves. You never get an invoice you did not expect.
What is the difference between Template and Custom?
Template means our layouts with your brand, your words, and your photographs applied. It is fast because the design decisions are already made. Custom means the design, the words, and the structure are made for your business from nothing. Template starts at $8,500 and runs three weeks. Custom starts at $28,000 and runs eight to ten weeks.
What if a Template build needs custom work?
It becomes a Custom build, and we tell you the number before anything moves. The Template price holds only while the Template conditions hold: finished copy and photographs up front, one named approver, feedback inside three business days, and one revision round.
How fast will the site be?
Our sites are built static and served from the edge, so a page loads in under a second. There is no database to query and no page builder to wait on. The scores at the top of our homepage were measured on that page, and they are the standard we build to.
Who owns the website?
You do. You own the code, the domain, the content, and every account. Nothing is locked to us. If you leave, we hand over the files and the logins and help your next person find their way around.
Do we have to buy a care plan?
No. Care plans are a separate product, and you can cancel any month. A site with no plan still works. Updates, backups, and monitoring are then yours to run.
Do you work outside Kelowna?
Yes. We work across the Okanagan and Greater Vancouver, and most of the work happens over video either way. Okanagan clients get in person sessions at no extra cost.
