You can see the price before you call me.

Most agencies hold the number back. You sit through a discovery call, wait a week, and get a proposal built around what they think you will pay. That is a sales process, not a price.

Everything here is a product. It has a fixed price and a written list of what it includes. The price is the same for you as it is for the company down the street. If the work grows, I name the new number in writing before anything moves.

Most of my clients are women who own, co-own, or run a company doing more than half a million a year in the Okanagan. The business works. The website is the part that has not caught up.

Why is every price on the website?

Because the alternative wastes your time. Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call before they name a number, and the number depends on what they think you can pay. Every price here is fixed and the same for everyone. You can decide whether to call me before you call me.

Do you ever charge by the hour?

No. Everything is a product with a fixed price and a written list of what it includes. If the work grows, I name the new number in writing before anything moves. You never get an invoice you did not expect.

What is the real difference between Template and Custom?

Template means my layouts with your brand, your words, and your photographs applied. It is fast because the design decisions are already made. Custom means the design, the words, and the structure are made for your business from nothing. Template starts at $8,500 and runs three weeks. Custom starts at $28,000 and runs eight to ten weeks.

Why does Custom cost three times Template?

Strategy, original design, and original writing. A Custom build includes discovery, competitor research, keyword research, a design system, two homepage directions, and every page written from an interview with you. A Template build includes none of that, on purpose, which is why it is fast and cheap.
