Fees

How fees work

You know what you will pay before we start. Every fee arrangement is in writing.

Injury claims

A contingency fee. You pay a percentage of what you recover, set out in a written agreement before we start. If there is no recovery, there is no legal fee. The agreement also explains any costs you may still owe.

Family law

An hourly rate, or a flat fee for set steps, such as drafting a separation agreement. We give you a written estimate before the work begins, and we tell you when it changes.

Lawyers

Who you will work with

Every lawyer has a page with their year of call and the matters they handle.
